He currently pastors and leads a dynamic team that is a multi-site church, Victory City, that is changing lives in powerful ways. Dr. Rusty Railey cares for the people of his community and those he is honored to journey with. His investment in people is creating life changing experiences. All who know him speak of his unwavering commitment to excellence. Dr. Railey's commitment to his faith, his family and approach in leadership has positioned him as a significant voice and example for other leaders.
His wife Victoria and his two children are his treasured priorities.
Dr. Railey holds a bachelor’s degree in theology, a master’s degree in Missional Leadership, and a Ph.D. in Practical Theology.
